Informational Session

Join us for a informational session to learn what being a Big is all about Saturday June 24 from 9-10:30am.

The first step to becoming a BIG is to attend one of our informational sessions where you will learn what is expected from you during the match and get a better idea of the commitment required and whether or not this is the right fit for you.

Informational sessions are held at the Big Brothers Big Sisters office (203 Cooper Ave N, Saint Cloud). The first 30 minutes will be an introduction to our mentoring program and the last hour will be a more in depth look at the children we serve and training. Both the info session and training are requirements to become a mentor.

Feel free to invite anyone who is interested in our program or would like to become a "Big".

Nominate a Big or Little of the Year

Each year we have the opportunity to select an Adult Big Brother & Big Sister of the Year (which includes Big Couples & Big Families), a High School Big Brother and Big Sister of the Year and a Little Brother and Little Sister of the Year. We have so many amazing Bigs (mentors) and Littles (mentees) and would love your help in nominating those that you feel are deserving.

We accept nominations year round but ask that they are submitted by November 1st to be selected for the next year. Nominations are reviewed and selected in November/December and announced in January. The winners will receive their awards at our Big Celebration (which typically takes place in March).
